You have to accept these terms and conditions upon your bookings and payment

Bookings are only confirmed on payments received

All photos taken by Coral Coast Tours are the property of Coral Coast Tours and as such can be used as advertising or on sold unless stated prior to these actions by the subject in the photo or photos to Coral Coast Tours personal..

Coral Coast Tours reserves the right to refuse/ cancel bookings

Booking Agents are to add commission to all prices listed

Min numbers or payments apply to all tours and transfers

All Waivers must be completed without amendment.

SURCHARGES

All credit card payments direct to Coral Coast Tours attract a 1.2% surcharge. efpost 0.18%

Public holidays can be subject to a 10% surcharge for airport transfers and tours if CCT decide to charge.

Cancelation policy

In case of You Cancel

Be mindful you could be cancelling another persons tour

31 days or more 90%-100% refund

30 days 75% refund

48 hours 50% refund

24 hours or less no refund

If your seats can be on sold meaning all seats are full for that tour a

full refund will be offered.

Medical reasons must present a medical certificate stating the person is

unfit for the tour from the Coral Bay Nursing Post if you are in Coral Bay.

In case of We Cancel

100% prior to tour commencement

10%- 90% commenced tour pending distance and time traveled on tour in fairness to you we will discuss this or if possible place you on another tour which will incur a cost.

3rd Party Bookings

Coral Coast Tours reserves the right to cancel

Reschedule  fees

Coral Coast Tours reserves the right to charge a reschedule fee if the tour rescheduled is not confirmed, too 50%. we will endeavor to try to sell your seats to avoid any surcharge, this is all seats available on that tour.
